Knox Performance Diesel & Offroad

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Knox Performance Diesel & Offroad! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with your truck, but Knox definitely earned my business. Great people, great service, and quality work. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs or upgrades!

Have to say this shop is awesome!!! Anytime we have to take any of the work trucks in, the service is outstanding. The return on the vehicles are always very quick. Some great mechanics. Mrs. Katie at the front desk provides the best customer service, and it shows that she cares. Provides info on any concerns the shop may have on any of the trucks, and not pushy about it as other shops can be. A simple "we noticed this", and 'when you get a chance you should bring the vehicle in". Good, quality service all the way around point blank. Mrs Katie was very generous and through in one of their nice shirts as well.

I can’t recommend this place enough! The staff was extremely helpful and the turn around time on my vehicle was very quick. Not only does the staff listen to all your needs but they were extremely accommodating with scheduling a pick up time that worked for me. I currently live in Georgetown, and the family owned shop made it very clear that even though they’d be closed by the time I got off work, they still were able to get me my truck at a reasonable time. I will definitely be getting more work done with them!

I cannot recommend Knox Performance Diesel highly enough! After calling four other local shops—including the Killeen Ford Service Center—and getting completely frustrated, a friend told me I was crazy for not knowing about Knox. I had called them earlier when they were closed, but to my surprise, they called me back as soon as they opened. I had my truck towed in, and even though I’m not mechanically savvy and probably didn’t describe the issue perfectly, they listened carefully, walked me through the likely causes, gave me a realistic timeline, and still managed to complete the repair the same day. They had my truck back to me before the weekend — and out of my teenager’s car! The price was reasonable, the work was thorough, and the people were genuinely great. They do business the right way. If you need diesel work done, Knox Performance Diesel is the place to go!

Ok so let me start by saying that Knoxx fixed a problem leak I had after another garage had replaced my IGR cooler and valve. I was tired of going to the garage near my house for repairs as I had no faith in the garage or team there. So researched a garage that delt with diesel engines specifically. Read all the great reviews and called regarding my issue, spoke to Katie, lovely young women who understood my frustration and asked if I could bring the truck in for a quick peek. So took the truck down and they looked it over, then made an appointment. Dropped off the truck (my 2007 Ford F350 super duty). Got an estimate and they were doing the same exact work I just had the previous garage do. Jared took pictures and presented them to me as well as the parts to show the issues. A few hours later I got a call from Katie that the truck was repaired, and I could pick it up. The previous garage had my truck for 10 days. I love my truck and have now found a garage and mechanics that I trust. Knoxx is a family business, and it shows. Thank you, Katie, and Jared. UPDATE - 11/6/2025 - Had a small leak after the work was completed. Called the shop, took it over, dropped it off, Katie called
